REMAJA CRAZY NIPS CHALLENGE CONTEST
How to Enter
1. Take your photo in cosplay.
2. You must complete all the requirements in the Remaja Nips Crazy Challenge Form including your personal detail, your cosplay photo, character’s picture as well as your photo without the cosplay to remaja.tv3@tv3.com.my.
3. The attached photographs must not exceed 10 megabytes in total.
4. Entries can only be accepted from individuals and not in groups.
5. All entries must be received by the organizer, TV3, by the closing date.
6. All personal details of the entrants will be stored on the organizer’s server and will only be used for the purposes of administering this competition.
What are the costume rules?
1. Entries must comprise costumes from Japanese anime / manga / video game only. Characters not based on Japanese anime / manga / video game will NOT be accepted. Characters must also be of Japanese origin: E.g. Mickey Mouse is NOT acceptable.
2. Replica metallic weapons such as swords, axes, throwing stars etc are not permitted. Firearms including Airsoft and paintball marker or any kind of illegal weapon under the Malaysian law will not be permitted under any circumstances.
Who can enter?
1. The competition is open to Malaysian residents only.
2. Entrants under the age of 18 require a parental consent form signed and a parent or guardian must accompany such entrants to the competition venue.
3. Management, judges, employees and their immediate families of the organizer are not eligible to enter.
How are the entries for the audition round determined?
1. Entries will be judged to determine whether they satisfy the judges’ criteria for entry into an audition round.
2. Those whose entries are judged suitable for an audition round will be notified no later than one (1) week before the selection round. It is therefore vital to ensure your contact details (email, AND phone number) are correct on your profile form. If you need to update your contact information please email to remaja.tv3@tv3.com.my.
What happens at the audition round?
1. At the audition round, entrants must perform a skit (sketch) whilst wearing their costume. Skits have a maximum time limit of three (3) minutes. Audio and/or video elements may be incorporated into skits.
2. All audio (voice and music) and video for skit performances must be prerecorded.
3. Sound and visual checks will be provided on the day of the event. Entrant should hand any audio/video elements to staff at the registration counter on the day of the event. MP3 is the preferred format for audio.
4. Audio/video elements must be submitted on either a CD/DVD-R or portable USB storage device.
5. All successful entrants must be at the registration desk on the day of the audition round. The required times for check in will be provided with the confirmation email to successful entrants.
6. All transport, accommodation or any expenses for the audition rounds are the responsibility of the successful entrants. The organizer will not provide any form of compensation for participation.
How does judging take place at the Audition Rounds?
1. There will be a panel of judges and judging will be based on the following criteria:
a) Costume - based on craftsmanship, and any special features as well as accuracy to the original.
b) Performance - based on production of performance, creativity, and entertainment value.
c) Faithfulness - based on how faithful the portrayal of your character is to the original work.
What else do you need to know?
1. Submitting an entry constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. All photography, video and audio taken at any of the events is the property of the organizer and entrants agree to allow the Promoter to use these images, audio and video for the purposes of promotion without compensation.
3. Finalists agree to make themselves available for publicity and promotion of the competition and to have images, audio and video taken for the purposes of promoting the contest.
4. The name and photograph of the prize winners may be used for promotional purposes by the organizer.
5. The organizer reserves the right to request prize winners to provided proof of identity, age and residency at the nominated address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the organizer.
6. All decisions of the judges are final and conclusive.
7. All prizes in kind cannot be exchanged for money.
